To be a member  associated with Sierra Natural Healing Collective you are required to agree and comply with the following Membership Agreement. 

 

Sierra Natural Healing Collective reserves the right to terminate membership for any violation of our agreements and code of conduct with no warnings or second chances.

 

—    Only legally qualified patients and caregivers may register as members of Sierra Natural Healing Collective .

—    You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have government-issued identification to receive patient service. 

—    Patients are required to sign a Member Agreement & Collective Agreement

Sierra Natural Healing Collective operates under the provisions of the California Health and Safety code ß11362.5 and ß11362.7. However, some local jurisdictions may place additional restrictions on your rights as a medical cannabis patient. You must determine what your local guidelines are.

I understand that cannabis, while being a well-known effective therapeutic agent, is still regarded as illegal under federal law, according to the federal government.  Therefore, all members of

Sierra Natural Healing Collective  acknowledge that they are committing an act of collective federal civil resistance and agree to exercise discretion in regards to your medicinal marijuana situation.

 

I have read and understand this Membership Agreement and Code of Conduct and agree to abide by it.  I understand that my membership may be immediately revoked upon violation of the policies stated herein.
